Hot and Sweet Chicken Stir Fry 2 Whole Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts. Optional: 1 Zuccini, bite sized pieces 2 T. Oil. ok,now I don't measure this stuff, its kinda to taste, but
you'll need approx.: 1/4-1/3 C. Catsup Slice chicken breasts into strips and stir fry on high heat for about 3-4 minutes in 1 T. Oil. Remove from pan and set aside. High heat stir fry veggies in 1 T. Oil. for about 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, generously but to taste. Reduce heat to medium. Add chicken strips (already cooked). Sprinkle the white sugar all over. Add catsup, start with a 1/4 you can always add a little more. Add soy sauce (a steak sauce would work too). Sprinkle with flour, start with 1/4 c. and stir to coat everything well, add a little more if not coating is not thick. Slowly add broth or water, whichever you choose and stir while adding so you can watch and see how thick its getting. When to desired thickness just stop adding the broth/water. Add one whole can Pineapple chunks just before serving. Serve on steamed bed of rice. Voila!!
