Ingredients
11/2 cups fresh basil leaves
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of pine nuts
1 1/4 cup frsh grated parmesan cheese
7oz olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
First boil water and cook pasta. Drain and set aside.
Put garlic and basil in a food processor
Turn on high
G radually add nuts, then cheese, then olive oil and salt.
Process on high until fully blended.
Serve on pasta with each noodle fully coated.
