Aunt Mary's Chip Dip

submitted by Zel

This one's really simple to make. I love it cuz I'm lazy and get lost with lots of directions.

Basically, the dip is made up of four layers. Any medium or small sized rectangular pan can be used. For the bottom layer, mix a can of refried beans and about half a cup of salsa, and smear over the bottom of the pan. For the next layer, mix 16 oz of sour cream with 8 oz guacamole, and spread over the bottom layer. Then add a layer of lettuce (best if shredded, for conveniency's sake), and then another layer of cheese and olives. Use your own discretion for the amounts of lettuce, olives, and cheese that is used.

Oh yeah and don't forget to have some chips nearby... bite-sized Tostitos come in handy... but I'm biased. :)
