English Apple Pie

5-6 Large Apples

Topping:

1-1/3 C. Flour
1 C. White Sugar
1-1/3 C. Light Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Melted Butter (almost melted)
1-2 T Cinnamon (your taste)

Peel and thick slice apples, lay in baking dish, piled thick, as they will lower while cooking.

Mix: All the dry ingredients. Slowly add butter, folding it in, you want this gooey but still kinda crumbly.

Sprinkle mixture over apples.

Bake at 350 for about an hour, til the edges are bubbly.
