Honey Soy Chicken

Step 1

6-8 chicken drumsticks or wings
1/2 a jar of honey
1/2 a jar of soy sauce

Step 2

Place all chicken pieces in an oven tray
Mix honey and soy sauce together till well blended
Pour over chicken and bake in the oven at about 180 degrees (350º F) fanforced
You can tell when it is done as the chicken comes off the bone easily when prodded with a fork.

Step 3

EAT !

Tip... Soy and honey will bubble up and look like its burning but it's really not.... This dish is really yummy served cold for a picnic or a light lunch..
