submitted by drumr

9-cups diced roma tomatoes
6-diced and chopped jalapenos with or with out seeds (I usually use seeds from one pepper)
3-chili peppers (chopped and diced)
3-habeneros (chopped and diced)
9-10 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1-tsp oil
1-can tomato sauce
1-juice of a squeezed lime
8-sprigs of cilantro leaves (i do not like cilantro)you don't have to use it.
1-tbs- white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp cumin and salt to taste
2-cups white onion

Use a big pan sautee onions, peppers, cilantro, and garlic in oil when they get a lil tender add all of your tomatoes and the juice from the tomatoes. Cook on high until boil the reduce to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes. Then add lime juice, vinegar, tomato sauce, and all spices. I usually put my salsa in the blender for a few seconds so it is not so chunky.
