Anybody breaking these rules shall be punished with NESOD or RROWS, possibly both. Death is not out of the question either.

3. Sly shall never be booted as long as he is bad.
4. Kola may not take any money or collateral from Watcher whenever he says boo, asl, or asks about ghosties.
5. All money made in the chat is subjected to being taxed.
6. Wash your hands after brbing
7. No butt scratching unless it's your own
8. Cheddar shall be the official room cheese.
9. Aria shall be the only princess allowed in the room.
10. No bellydancing.
11. There shall be a tax on everyone that says "wb."
12. Sly maybe be knif on the night of a full moon or when The Man Show is playing.

The fine print: Watcher is King and has the last word for everything. What he says or does is FINAL! But he is a good King so he wont do anything bad. Watcher is also exempt from Rule #1 and #5. In fact, he may break any rules if he likes. But he is a good King so he'll TRY to follow all rules except rules #1 and #5. Rule #11 does not count towards royalty or the tax collector. Rules are subject to change.
