Shrimp Marinara

1 lb. lg. Shrimp, shelled
1 T. Virgin Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1-15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1-6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
2 T. Parsley, chopped
1-1/2 T. Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2+ Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Oregano

Lightly brown garlic in hot olive oil. Add tomato sauce, paste, and parsely, sugar, salt, pepper and oregano. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Let simmer, covered, about 20 minutes. Add frozen, shelled shrimp and simmer, covered about another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles, whichever ya like more.

Suggested, serve with garden salad. Voila!!
