A few people have trouble getting into my room and I have no idea why. But here's some things you could try:

1) Use a different browser like Netscape if you use Internet Explorer or vice versa.

2) Clear out your cache... - in IE5... Go up to the Tools menu, Internet Options, click delete files under the Temporary Internet Files heading - in Netscape... Go up to Edit, Preferences, click the + next to Advanced, choose Cache, and clear it out.

3) Check your Internet Options. Go up to Tools, Internet Options in IE, go to the Security settings tab, click Custom, then look for the Java section. Make sure the security isnt set to disabled (High would just fine).

4) Go to Internet Options again, go to Connections tab, LAN settings, write down all the settings you have, if any, just in case. If there's a check mark in Use Proxy Server, uncheck that and try again. Restart browser and chat refresh page. If nothing loads at all then go back and put a check in that box.

If none of that works write down the browser you're using (AOL, Internet Explorer, Netscape), what version of the software (AOL 6.0, IE5, etc...), and your connection type (cable, dialup, dsl) then send it to watcher__75@hotmail.com.
